14-day right to cancel

Under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day after you receive the goods. You do not need to give a reason. To cancel, contact us within that period and return the items unused and in their original packaging. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Return window (extended)

We also offer returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging for a full refund. We ask that products meant for skin or beard use remain sealed for hygiene and safety.

How to return

Contact us via the Contact section with your order details and reason for return. We’ll send you instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label or return address so you can send the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, get in touch right away. We’ll sort a replacement or refund and cover return shipping where appropriate.
