Do you ship outside the UK?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. If you’re elsewhere and interested in our products, get in touch—we’re looking at expanding.
Are your soaps and beard oils natural?
Yes. We use natural ingredients and avoid synthetic nasties. Our soaps are hand-poured and our beard oils are blended with essential oils and carrier oils. Check each product page for full details.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery is typically 3–5 working days from dispatch. You’ll get a confirmation and tracking when your order ships.
Can I return an order?
Yes. You have a 14-day legal right to cancel under UK consumer law. We also accept returns within 30 days for unused, unopened items in original packaging. See our Returns page for the full process.
How do I look after my soap and beard oil?
Keep soap in a dry spot between uses so it lasts longer. For beard oil, a few drops rubbed into the beard and skin is enough—start small and add more if needed. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
